Sound Minds and Strong Hearts is a Community Interest Company operating in the Medway and Kent area. SMASH is designed to provide local communities the opportunity to access affordable leisure activities in the form of family sports clubs, sports activities, leisure opportunities and life skills. SMASH will be working with local organisations and Local Authorities to provide various projects with the aim to increase activity amongst children and adults, to help combat Mental Health issues and to provide a fun and friendly service to all of the community.

SMASH: Cricket Cricket Cubs and Friends are teaming up with TESCO Bags of Help

We are pleased to announce the we have been chosen by TESCO Bags of Help and recognised for our family cricket play programme; Cricket Cricket Cubs and Friends. Customers can vote via a green token on 1 of 3 local community programmes. Please support Cricket Cricket Cricket Cubs by choosing us as you favourite local programme.
The prize money that we will be awarded will help keep the cost of Cricket Cricket Cricket Cubs subsidised, making the programme affordable for all families in the community.

NEW!!! THE COMMUNITY CRICKET HUB
The Community Cricket HUB is a project that has been designed by Sound Minds and Strong Hearts Community Interest Company.
Within the project there are 6 delivery programmes designed with every age, ability and cultural background in mind.
The aim is to provide free and cost affective activities for everyone using the power of cricket to bring people from all communities together. This in turn will bring communities and cultures closer together and become more socially cohesive.
The Community Cricket HUB will operate for 12 months a year and target all areas across Medway and Kent. The delivery programmes will be delivered by qualified coaches, along with help of the Local Authority.
