Our mission is to provide cricket-based activities to people of all ages and abilities providing them with the opportunity to try, learn and enjoy a sport that is not necessarily accessible for everyone. We will encourage more grass roots growth within the sport of cricket and aim to forward members of the community to join local cricket clubs to engage their interest and increase their personal experience within the sport of cricket.
Car Park Cricket is a cricket Roadshow that is designed to travel to different communities, giving anyone the chance to take part in Physical Activity. The activities will be free to anyone wanted to take part, and there is no time limit or set session to attend.
With the help of the Local Authority, a designated area in a public run car park will be assigned for the setup of the roadshow. Different activities will be available for anybody to try for example, batting and bowling activities. In addition, information will be handed to members of the public i.e. Healthy Lifestyle information, mental health awareness information, healthy heart information, activities run by the Local Authority and selected private organisations
2 to 11 year old cricket play programme. Cricket Cubs is a unique cricket play programme for all abilities targeting boys and girls aged between two and seven years old. Cricket Cubs have designed and promote simple techniques with a combination of fun games and activities. Cricket Cubs combine KWIK Cricket equipment with soft play equipment to ensure every activity targets all abilities across the age groups. Cricket Cubs also promotes parent participation and interaction.
